Hope Watson, DMD

Dr. Hope Watson is a native of southwest Virginia. Her journey into dentistry was marked by a love for learning and a passion for helping others. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in English literature, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1997. Inspired by her mentors and driven by a desire to provide exceptional care, Dr. Watson founded Watson Family Dentistry in 1998, embodying a commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Taylor Jarrell, DDS

Dr. Taylor Jarrell has roots in East Tennessee. Her journey into dentistry began at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and graduated summa cum laude. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Jarrell fulfilled her dream of becoming a dentist at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in Memphis, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery with honors in 2014. Dr. Jarrell’s approach to dentistry is marked by a desire to merge art and science to deliver personalized, compassionate care to each patient she serves.

Hope

Brooke

Brooke has been with us since 2003, bringing her expertise and passion for oral health to our team. With a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and certification in nitrous oxide monitoring, she is focused on creating a great patient experience. Born and raised in Maryville, Tennessee, Brooke is a proud graduate of Maryville High School and East Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and going to concerts, as well as spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends. With her keen eye for fashion and love for finding great deals, Brooke is our go-to expert for all things stylish.

Tiffany

Tiffany, our friendly face at the front desk and a registered dental assistant, has been an integral part of our team since 2011. A proud Maryville native, she attended William Blount High School before pursuing further education at Tennessee Tech. Tiffany is happily married with two children and two fur babies. She is a dedicated mom who spends much of her time cheering on her children at their sporting events. As a huge Vols fan, she enjoys watching and supporting various sports. Tiffany brightens our office and delights patients every day with her infectious laughter and warm personality.

Rikki

Rikki, one of our skilled registered dental hygienists, joined our practice in 2019 with over two decades of experience in the field. A graduate of Roane State Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene, Rikki holds certifications in administering both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She is married with two daughters and a beloved dog and cherishes spending quality time with her family. Outside of work, Rikki enjoys exploring her culinary skills, immersing herself in a good book, and creating memories with her loved ones.

Kelli

Kelli, one of our registered dental hygienists, joined our practice in 2021. She is passionate about oral health and patient care. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in public health, an associate degree in dental hygiene, and certification in nitrous oxide monitoring. Kelli’s early fascination with brushing teeth has evolved into a fulfilling career. Married with four children and three grandkids, she finds joy in family time and church activities, as well as hiking, reading, cooking, and playing with her beloved schnauzers.

Shelby

Shelby joined our practice in 2020 as an expanded functions dental assistant. A Maryville native, she attended Pellissippi State Community College for her education. Shelby’s love for her hometown shines through in her dedication to providing exceptional care to our patients. When she’s not in the office, Shelby enjoys spending quality time with her family and fur baby, cheering on the Volunteers football team, and staying active outdoors. With an upbeat and quirky personality and commitment to patient satisfaction, she ensures that every visit is enjoyable for our patients.

Kara

Kara, a registered dental assistant, joined our practice in 2022, bringing her expertise in oral health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Lincoln Memorial University and training from the Maryville Dental Learning Center, Kara is committed to educating patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. She is certified in dental radiology, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Outside of work, Kara enjoys watching basketball and football, reading, playing basketball, and listening to 90s R&B music. She’s also passionate about exploring conspiracy theories, visiting beautiful beaches, traveling to new places, and savoring delicious cuisine.

Kendra

Kendra joined our practice in 2021 as a registered dental hygienist with certifications in nitrous oxide monitoring and administration of local anesthesia. She completed an associate degree from Pellissippi State Community College and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in dental hygiene from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Kendra’s commitment to the dental field earned her the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award and the Dental Hygiene Excellence Award from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Married with two sons, she treasures spending time with her family and two dogs and enjoying the outdoors.
