Hope Watson, DMD

Dr. Hope Watson is a native of southwest Virginia. Her journey into dentistry was marked by a love for learning and a passion for helping others. After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in English literature, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1997. Inspired by her mentors and driven by a desire to provide exceptional care, Dr. Watson founded Watson Family Dentistry in 1998, embodying a commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Taylor Jarrell, DDS

Dr. Taylor Jarrell has roots in East Tennessee. Her journey into dentistry began at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and graduated summa cum laude. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Jarrell fulfilled her dream of becoming a dentist at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in Memphis, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery with honors in 2014. Dr. Jarrell’s approach to dentistry is marked by a desire to merge art and science to deliver personalized, compassionate care to each patient she serves.

Elizabeth Arnold, DMD

Dr. Elizabeth Arnold joined Watson Family Dentistry in 2026. With her, she brings years of hands-on dental experience. A native of Tullahoma, Tennessee, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee before spending 12 years working in the dental field.

Inspired to take things to the next level, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a dentist and graduated with honors as a member of the inaugural class at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine. She is passionate about continuing her education and expanding her skills so she can provide outstanding care to every patient.

During her free time, Dr. Arnold enjoys spending time with her husband, a Maryville alum, and their daughter. As a family, they love exploring the Smoky Mountains and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Hope

Brooke

Brooke has been with us since 2003, bringing her expertise and passion for oral health to our team. With a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and certification in nitrous oxide monitoring, she is focused on creating a great patient experience. Born and raised in Maryville, Tennessee, Brooke is a proud graduate of Maryville High School and East Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and going to concerts, as well as spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends. With her keen eye for fashion and love for finding great deals, Brooke is our go-to expert for all things stylish.

Tiffany

Tiffany, our friendly face at the front desk and a registered dental assistant, has been an integral part of our team since 2011. A proud Maryville native, she attended William Blount High School before pursuing further education at Tennessee Tech. Tiffany is happily married with two children and two fur babies. She is a dedicated mom who spends much of her time cheering on her children at their sporting events. As a huge Vols fan, she enjoys watching and supporting various sports. Tiffany brightens our office and delights patients every day with her infectious laughter and warm personality.

Rikki

Rikki, one of our skilled registered dental hygienists, joined our practice in 2019 with over two decades of experience in the field. A graduate of Roane State Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene, Rikki holds certifications in administering both local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She is married with two daughters and a beloved dog and cherishes spending quality time with her family. Outside of work, Rikki enjoys exploring her culinary skills, immersing herself in a good book, and creating memories with her loved ones.

Shelby

Shelby joined our practice in 2020 as an expanded functions dental assistant. A Maryville native, she attended Pellissippi State Community College for her education. Shelby’s love for her hometown shines through in her dedication to providing exceptional care to our patients. When she’s not in the office, Shelby enjoys spending quality time with her family and fur baby, cheering on the Volunteers football team, and staying active outdoors. With an upbeat and quirky personality and commitment to patient satisfaction, she ensures that every visit is enjoyable for our patients.

Kara

Kara, a registered dental assistant, joined our practice in 2022, bringing her expertise in oral health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Lincoln Memorial University and training from the Maryville Dental Learning Center, Kara is committed to educating patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. She is certified in dental radiology, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Outside of work, Kara enjoys watching basketball and football, reading, playing basketball, and listening to 90s R&B music. She’s also passionate about exploring conspiracy theories, visiting beautiful beaches, traveling to new places, and savoring delicious cuisine.

Kylie

Kylie joined Watson Family Dentistry in 2025 and brings a strong background in healthcare administration to the front desk. She studied healthcare management at Pellissippi State Community College and holds certificates as an electronic health records specialist and coding specialist.

Kylie was born and raised in Maryville, Tennessee. Today, she loves traveling, hiking scenic trails, and cheering on the Vols. She is married and shares life with her husband and their fur baby. She’s known for being the one to keep her calm when the office gets busy, and she prides herself on helping each day keep running on track.

Mary

Mary joined Watson Family Dentistry in 2025 as a registered dental assistant. She is a graduate of Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT) in dental assisting and holds certifications in nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and dental radiology. Mary is a native of East Tennessee and enjoys caring for patients. She takes great pride in supporting a positive experience for every patient at every visit.

Outside the office, she spends time gardening and building her homestead with her husband, Max. She also enjoys horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and serving at her home church.

AnnaBelle

AnnaBelle joined Watson Family Dentistry in 2024 and has been a registered dental assistant since 2021. She is a graduate of Walters State Community College’s dental assisting program and is trained in dental radiology, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide monitoring.

She was born and raised in East Tennessee and loves building connections with patients. She makes it a priority to help every patient feel at ease in the dental chair. AnnaBelle is known for her ability to keep everyone on the team laughing. And her teammates appreciate the warmth and energy she brings to the office. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, white-water rafting, and cheering on the Boston Bruins and the Knoxville Ice Bears.

Catherine

Catherine joined Watson Family Dentistry in 2026. She brings over 20 years of experience as a dental hygienist to the practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University and is certified in nitrous oxide, local anesthesia, and laser therapy.

She is well-known in the office for building long-lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to help them feel comfortable at every visit. When she’s not at work, she loves traveling, hiking, and cheering on the Alcoa Tornadoes alongside her family. Catherine is married and has one daughter.
